How do pre-mades work?

  • We will have a very limited inventory in hand on release 
  • Pre-made products will be packaged and shipped out 1-3 days after purchase
  • After premades sell-out, pre-orders will begin

 

How do pre-orders work?


  • Pre-orders will be ran for a couple of days
  • Week 1- bulk order of the clothing items will be ordered
  • After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse, we will ship out the packages accordingly, this whole process will typically take (4-7 weeks).
  • After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, the customer will be provided with a tracking number and dependent on the customer's location.
  • We accept and ship international orders!

 

Shipping

  • You can track the shipment on the inventory on our header menu
  • Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
  • Each customer can also track their order by clicking the "track your order" button on the menu header.

SIZING

  • PLEASE CHECK OUR SIZING CHART FOR YOUR PERSONAL APPLICABLE SIZE.

 Refunds/Returns

 Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this specific time period due to the nature of how products are manufactured and shipped.

International shipping  

Customs Notice: All customers outside of the United
States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that
may be charged by their country for import. This amount may vary depending on your country. We advise looking up your country's policies before purchasing so you are aware of any potential fees.
